Hiring Business Development Executives
We’re looking for full-time Business Development Executives to join our dynamic team at our Rudrapur, Uttarakhand office (SIDCUL Pantnagar Rudrapur Uttarakhand).

We’re actively looking for Business Development Executives with a background in Pharma sales or Medical Representation. If you have B.Pharm or B.Sc qualifications and hands-on sales experience in the pharma domain, we want to hear from you!

About the Role:
You’ll be speaking with business owners/ procurement managers who have already shown interest in our dermatology formulations and help them finalise products in their own brand. This is not cold calling — you’ll be engaging with hot leads who are genuinely interested.
- Job Type: Full-time (In-office)
- Location: Rudrapur, Uttarakhand
- Salary: ₹18,000–₹24,000 per month + performance-based incentives
What You'll Do:
- Call warm leads and assist them with Derma products contract manufacturing / private labelling.
- Follow a proven pitch and build rapport quickly.
- Handle objections with confidence and empathy.
- Maintain lead records and update CRM systems.
- Achieve daily and weekly conversion targets.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication skills in English or Hindi
- Minimum 1 year experience in pharma sales or as a Medical Representative
- Must have an English medium background
- Clear articulation and confident voice presence
- Prior BDE/sales experience is a plus (B.Pharm freshers welcome)
- Energetic, coachable, and target-oriented individuals.
- Prior experience in pharma/ life sciences sales or working as a Medical representative is a plus.
